Mechanism of action of Bacillus subtilis :
- Inhibits spore germination and mycelial growth.
- Competes with pathogens for nutrient uptake.
- The bacillus does not allow the growth of the pathogen because it covers the space in which it grows and settles in it.
- Prevents phytopathogens from settling in plant tissues.
- Increases plant resistance against pathogens.
