The water-cooled OptiClimate is also perfect for historic buildings where an outdoor unit cannot be installed. If your house has a swimming pool, you can use OptiClimate with water cooling to cool your house and heat the pool .

• The PRO3 comes with an included remote control (controller) that allows all processes to run fully automatically and be monitored simultaneously. Once the minimum temperature (in night mode) and maximum temperature (in day mode) are set using the remote control, the OptiClimate will heat or cool, depending on the night or day setting, ensuring that the pre-set temperatures are not exceeded . The night or day setting is controlled by a light sensor. In the day setting (cooling), OptiClimate also dries the air. If required, using the included hydrostat, the OptiClimate can also dry when on the night setting, thus reducing humidity.

• OptiClimate dries by constantly finding the right balance between heating and cooling. This allows the dehumidification function to work even after the desired temperature has been reached. OptiClimate's dehumidification capacity is more than sufficient for most applications. It is one and a half to two times more efficient than a building dehumidifier.

SAFE AND SMOOTH CLIMATE CONTROL!

1. The built-in temperature safety switch ensures that the lamps are switched off if the set maximum temperature is exceeded , for example when the water supply is difficult.
2. Opticlimate is fire safe as all electrical components, including heating and connections, are mounted in a steel housing.
3. Opticlimate has an alarm output that can be used to send an SMS alert in the event of a malfunction.
