Recommendations for use

1. Before the UV chamber, it is recommended to undergo filtration - removal of solid particles (for example, with a 5 µm or finer pre-filter) to improve the efficiency of the UV radiation.
2. Replace the lamp every ~9,000 hours of operation, even if it is still on, because efficiency decreases over time.
3. Clean the inside of the quartz tube (sleeve) to remove any buildup of calcium or mineral deposits that may block UV light.
4. Set up the system so that the UV lamp has sufficient contact with the water – it is recommended that the inlet-outlet be below or above the chamber, as indicated in the instructions.
5. Make sure that no air or bubbles remain in the chamber — they reduce the effectiveness of sterilization.
